Elene began her career at MKD Law in December of 2021 as a Paralegal. Nowadays, she continues working as a Junior Associate. Her responsibilities include drafting contracts, preparing legal opinions, and conducting legal research. Her practice includes providing legal services to companies operating in the Information Technology Industry, e.g. (Singular, Asseco, and Sweeft), participating in the Due Diligence of gaming companies, and preparing legal opinion for Apple, including on matters concerning regulation of the telecommunications field.
Elene holds a bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University and is currently pursuing her LLM in Business Law at Free University. Elene’s experience includes working/ doing internships at the US Embassy, a leading Georgian construction company, and at a law firm.
We would like to highlight that, Elene has participated in various moot courts, from which stands out participation in advanced international rounds of Phillip Jessup moot court.
