Supported by the law firm "MKD," the book "Fault in Civil Law" has been published. This book represents the first comprehensive study on the concept of fault within contemporary Georgian civil law.
The book examines, on one hand, the process of the emergence and development of the phenomenon of fault, from its roots in ecclesiastical law to its establishment in secular law (initially in criminal law and later in civil law). On the other hand, it explores fault as a condition of civil liability, its peculiarities in property and obligation law, and its relation to both natural (individuals) and legal (corporate) persons.
The book is designed for a broad audience of readers interested in civil law issues.
