MKD Law is pleased to announce, as its first news of 2023, the promotion of our Paralegal, Elene Nutsubidze to Junior Associate. Elene joined MKD Law in December of 2021 and since then Elene has displayed outstanding professional skills. 

Elene holds bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University and is currently pursuing her LLM in Business Law at Free University. Elene’s past experience includes working/ doing internships at US Embassy, a leading Georgian construction company and at a law firm. 

We would like to highlight that, Elene has participated in various moot courts, from which stands out participation in advanced international rounds of Phillip Jessup moot court.  
At MKD Law, Elene is involved in employment, corporate, and contract law matters. Her practice includes providing legal services to companies operating in Information Technology Industry, e.g. Elene has been involved in provision of legal assistance to Singular, Asseco and Sweeft.
