Ambassador Zviad Chumburidze, EUGBC Secretary General welcomed the audience with an inaugural speech. Ambassador Janos Herman – Head of the European Union Delegation to Georgia, along with Mr. David Bakradze – the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Mr. David Jalagania – the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Bruno Balvanera – EBRD Director for Caucasus, Moldova & Belarus also joined Ambassador Chumburide in his welcoming remarks.
