MKD Law acted on behalf of one of the leading players in the aviation leasing industry in a transaction under which a Boeing 737-800 (MSN 37785) was delivered on lease to Georgian Airways.

Over the past several years, MKD Law has advised on the delivery of approximately ten aircraft to Georgian airlines. Notable transactions include the lease of two Boeing aircraft in 2022 and 2023, as well as the acquisition of two additional aircraft in 2024.

Prior to its delivery under the present transaction, the Boeing aircraft had been operated by Air Berlin and TUI fly, reflecting its strong operational history and technical reliability.
