Giorgi Kakhiani will be providing his expertise in constitutional law. Apart from giving recommendations on constitutional law matters, he will coordinate the interaction with state agencies, as necessary. Based on Mr. Kakhiani's work in academia, he will also act as a liaison with the institutions of higher education on behalf of the firm.

Giorgi Kakhiani graduated from the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Tbilisi State University in 1995. He conducted research at L'école Nationale des Greffes in France and at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2009, Mr. Kakhiani earned his Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Law of the Tbilisi State University. For years, he has clerked for the justice and the deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
