Zurab Ezugbaia has been Of-Counsel/Lead Consultant at MKD Law since November 2022. His major areas of specialization are Energy and Infrastructure (with a particular focus on electricity markets and regulations). With practical experience of more than twenty years at various state and state-controlled entities in the energy/electricity field, Zurab brings second-to-none insight and quality advice to our clients.
Zurab Ezugbaia is a lawyer with practical experience of more than 28 years in both the public and private sectors. At various times, he served as advisor, deputy director and held other managerial positions in Georgian State Electrosystem, Georgian Wholesale Electricity Market, and State Chancellor’s Office. In 2001 – 2003 Zurab Ezugbaia served as a deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia.
