David Archvadze has been with MKD Law since 2000. David has prepared an anti-corruption policy document and a detailed action plan for its implementation for Knauf Group; helped Schlumberger to draft legal documents on the importation, transportation and utilization of dual-use goods, chemical safety and waste management; advised on regulatory aspects of construction, licensing and tariff policy under Georgian legislation during the construction of the Gardabani thermal power plant; provides legal updates to major consulting companies Freshfieds Bruckaus Deringer LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills LLP on conflict of interest and corruption in public service; advises Gebrüder Weiss on occupational health and safety matters, labor contracts and anti-discrimination legislation issues; and advises Herbalife, Selinc,Wizz Air and other companies regarding regulatory matters.
