MKD Law is delighted to announce that Badri Shengelia has joined our team as a FIDIC Counsel.
Mr. Shengelia earned his master's degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King's College London in 2018. Furthermore, he obtained FIDIC certification as a contract manager in 2022.
Our firm's counsel has also successfully passed the SQE1 qualifying examination, a significant achievement for Solicitors/Attorneys of England and Wales.
Since 2018, Badri Shengelia has been actively involved in major infrastructure projects in Georgia, where he has served as a construction law associate and FIDIC Counsel.
His extensive experience and expertise in these areas make him a valuable addition to our team and we are confident that his presence will undoubtedly enhance our firm's capabilities and qualifications in FIDIC and construction law, as well as bolster our proficiency in English law practice.
