Despite having no PPP law or comprehensive Concession law, PPP model is still quite frequently used to develop infrastructure projects in Georgia. As the practice shows, Build Operate Transfer and Build Own Operate types of PPP model are the most commonly applied ones. In sport infrastructure development Build Transfer Operate scheme is also applicable.
