Laura Snyder was formerly with Herbalife Europe Ltd as Senior Director and Counsel. Prior to that she spent more than 10 years with Winston & Strawn LLP (W&S SELARL) in Paris, France, conducting a number of major merger and acquisition projects, providing ongoing counsel on competition law matters, corporate governance, labor law and employment relations.
Ms. Snyder is a graduate of the TRIUM Global Executive M.B.A program (TRIUM is an alliance of London School of Economics and Political Science, New York University Stern School of Business and HEC School of Management). She obtained a B.A and a J.D. from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a D.E.A. from Université Paris I (Panthéon‑Sorbonne).
Laura Snyder is the author of several publications and presentations on corporate governance and M&A. She is admitted to the bars of Paris, New York and Illinois.
