Alongside with the representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Tbilisi City Hall, the European Business Development Association and the business sector, the speech was delivered by David Dzidziguri, managing partner of Mgaloblishvili Kipiani Dzidziguri (MKD) Law Firm. He introduced to the audience the main issues of private investment in Georgia and touched on the legal regulations of the guarantees and protection of foreign investments, local market entry, main aspects of the construction process and enforcement of foreign arbitral decisions.
The forum outlined key investment opportunities of the two countries and was a good platform to expand business contacts between the delegates from Ukraine and Georgia.
