The Competition took place on April 6-12, 2008 in Washington DC with more than 100 teams participating from all over the world.
By results of international rounds, team of Georgia, representing Tbilisi State University, ranked 26th out of around 130 teams, while one of the members of the team Ms. Ketevan Abashidze was listed 38th in top 100 speakers of the international rounds.
